We recently upgraded the makeup air system in our machine shop to a full HVAC system. Kindred won the bid with a competitive price that provided an all-in-one solution including the removal and disposal of the current system. Throughout the project Dan worked closely with us for the calculation of the heating and cooling loads (and our ventilation requirements) to adequately size the system for the 20,000 sq ft space. We ended up going with 3 RTU’s and we were even able to save money off the original quote from Dan’s research and recommendation to go with some models where the supplier had excess inventory. Dan worked within the boundaries of our schedule and we did not have any disruption to our production during the whole removal or installation. The end result was a project completed within the given time line and neat and tidy looking ducting setup for our newly renovated machine shop.
Overall we are pleased with Kindred and all the subcontractors. Everyone was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend Kindred to anyone doing an HVAC project of any size.
